ESG Arenas Online Tournaments Entry Terms and Conditions

2. You must be of the appropriate age for the ESG Arenas(s) you are signing up to play, based on the PEGI rating of the ESG Arenas, or at least be 16 years of age when signing up. We may ask you for proof of age and disqualify you from participation if you are unable to provide such proof.
3. Players must be current residents in the UK to participate.
4. Players must have a valid Toornament or Battlefy account to participate.
5. Players must have a valid ESG Arenas Reward Card account to participate.
6. Employees of ESG ARENAS, may not participate in these tournaments or win prizes.
7. We cannot guarantee that everyone who signs up to participate in ESG Arenas Online Tournaments will be able to do so. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether anyone who signs up will be able to take part, or to disqualify anyone from participation at any time at any stage of the Tournament (regardless of whether they have already participated in part of such Tournament) and for any reason.
8. We may take still images and record video of ESG Arenas Online Tournaments events. By signing up to participate, you consent to us taking such images and videos.
9. The information you give to us when you sign up for ESG Arenas Online Tournaments is used only for: (i) the purposes of your participation in ESG Arenas Online Tournaments; and (ii) for our own internal research purposes in relation to the organisation and operation of ESG Arenas Online Tournaments. We will not pass the information on to any third parties or use it for any other purpose within ESG Arenas. ESG Arenas always complies with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 when handling customer data, and in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found here: esgarenas.com/help
10. We may email you to alert you to future ESG Arenas Online Tournaments activities and send information about the current season of ESG Arenas Online Tournaments you have registered for, provided you have consented to receiving such emails from us.
11. No one other than you and ESG ARENAS has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or any equivalent legislation in any jurisdiction, or otherwise, to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
12. ESG ARENAS does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors OR for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13. ESG ARENAS reserves the right to delay or cancel the contract if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business or obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. These Terms and Conditions are subject to and shall be interpreted under English Law.
15. ESG ARENAS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the revised terms on our website. Any bookings made after the point at which the new terms and conditions are published will be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
16. All players who enter the tournament are subject to the rules laid out in the “ESG Arenas Online Tournaments Title Specific Rulebooks” These are available on ESG Arenas.gg
17. Entry entitles you to compete in the tournament until you are eliminated.
18. A minimum of 2 teams is required for any team-based tournament to start.
19. A minimum of 2 players is required for any individual player-based tournament to start.
20. All Reward points prizes may take up to 30 days.
21. All physical prizes will be sent once the full tournament has concluded. This may take up to 30 days.

Prizes Terms and Conditions

1. The player that finished 1st in Mortal Kombat 11, Call of Duty: Warzone or Tekken 7 ESG Arenas Online Tournaments will be rewarded £50 in ESG ARENAS reward points on the provided loyalty card number.
2. The player that finished 2nd in Mortal Kombat 11, Call of Duty: Warzone or Tekken 7 ESG Arenas Online Tournaments will be rewarded £25 in ESG ARENAS reward points on the provided loyalty card number.
3. Each player in the team that finished 1st in the Gears 5, CSGO, Overwatch or Rainbow Six Siege ESG Arenas Online Tournaments will be rewarded £20 in ESG ARENAS reward points on the provided loyalty card number.
4. Each player in the team that finished 2nd in the Gears 5, CSGO, Overwatch or Rainbow Six Siege ESG Arenas Online Tournaments will be rewarded £10 in ESG ARENAS reward points on the provided loyalty card number.
5. Each player in the team that finished 1st in the Rocket League or Apex Legends ESG Arenas Online Tournaments will be rewarded £25 in ESG ARENAS reward points on the provided loyalty card number.
6. Each player in the team that finished 2nd in the Rocket League or Apex Legends ESG Arenas Online Tournaments will be rewarded £15 in ESG ARENAS reward points on the provided loyalty card number.
7. Each player in the team that finished 1st in PUBG ESG Arenas Online Tournaments will be rewarded £30 in ESG ARENAS reward points on the provided loyalty card number.
8. Each player in the team that finished 2nd in PUBG ESG Arenas Online Tournaments will be rewarded £15 in ESG ARENAS reward points on the provided loyalty card number.
